Minty Middle East.

This is a relaxing post – we all need those, from time to time.

Five minutes of glory for one of my favourite drinks – mint tea. If you’ve ever traveled somewhere in the Middle East, there’s a big chance you’ve tasted it – in all its freshness and beauty.

It is soothing, for body and soul.

As an important beverage all around Middle East and North Africa, it’s not just a liquid you put in your body, it’s a lifestyle, part of the culture and simply – an essential.

Bedouins I’ve met often referred to it as the “bedouin whiskey”, and they start and finish their day drinking it.

So, I’ve googled my way around this one, and collected photos from many different countries, photos of mint tea, photos of (I believe) peaceful moments.

Enjoy and pour yourself a cup of tea!
